Games developer Evoplay has restructured its content production operations under a new multi-studio framework, aimed at increasing game output and accelerating releases across multiple markets.
Under the new-look structure, multiple creative teams will develop games independently while using Evoplay’s existing technology, data and distribution infrastructure. The supplier said the model would allow it to scale production capacity without compromising quality.
Evoplay said the approach is already in effect with several games already live. These include Mystic Alaska and Gems of Ra: 3 Pots, with a “strong pipeline” of releases in development.
“By housing multiple teams together within a unified structure, we can move faster, cover more ground, and serve operators with a broader, more diverse portfolio,” CEO Ivan Kravchuk said. “This approach gives us the flexibility to explore new creative directions while operating on a strong, shared foundation that ensures consistency, efficiency, and long-term scalability.”
‘Pivotal’ change for Evoplay
The restructure forms part of what Evoplay said is the next stage of its growth strategy, with the supplier aiming to expand production capacity while maintaining a central technology and distribution model.
At the centre of the move is the launch of Evoplay Studios. This will serve as a framework to support multiple development teams working simultaneously across different content verticals and markets.
Evoplay also said that the model would support faster localisation efforts. As such, this will enable it to tailor releases more efficiently for different regulated markets around the world.
“Evolving into a production ecosystem marks a pivotal step in Evoplay’s growth strategy,” Kravchuk said. “By structuring the business around a unified yet flexible framework, we are able to scale our content output while continuing to deliver the quality and innovation that define our portfolio.”
