Hard Rock Casino NL and Belgium’s Blitz Group form SpinCore Group

Hard Rock Casino NL and the operator behind Belgium’s Blitz.be and SuperGame.be have launched SpinCore Group, a new entity focused on regulated online gaming markets.

The combined group will operate Hard Rock Casino in the Netherlands while maintaining the Blitz.be and SuperGame.be brands in Belgium.

SpinCore described itself as combining global recognition with local market expertise across both jurisdictions.

The company said it plans to expand into additional European jurisdictions, with Finland named as a potential target market.

SpinCore has established offices in St Julian’s, Malta, which serves as its headquarters, alongside operational bases in Antwerp and Maastricht.

Cristiano Blanco (pictured), chief executive of SpinCore Group, said: “This collaboration is more than a business initiative – it’s a cultural statement.

“We’re building a group where local heroes and global icons work side by side. SpinCore will not stop here; we’re already looking to new markets, new products, and new ways to redefine what regulated gaming can be.”

The group stated that its operational model emphasises data analysis, compliance and technology integration, including artificial intelligence, in daily operations.

It described its structure as lean and agile, with expert teams distributed across its European locations.

In Belgium, the company operates adjacent to a land-based casino venue in Antwerp. The group said each of its brands maintains a distinct identity tailored to local player preferences while sharing common standards on trust and responsible gaming.

The company said it aims to build sustainable value in regulated markets by combining international entertainment brands with local market knowledge and cultural understanding.

Hard Rock Casino NL is the Dutch B2C gaming brand of the Seminole Tribe’s owned property.
