FDJ United will merge its Parions Sport brand with its flagship online gaming site Unibet at the end of March 2026.
In a statement published yesterday (16 February), the sports betting and poker brand told its customers they would soon be migrated to Unibet via an app update.
It comes following FDJ’s €2.45bn purchase of Unibet operator Kindred Group – which closed in October 2024 – and which saw the French lottery giant commit to integrating its own online division with the business.
Parions Sport was FDJ’s previously owned sports betting operation and dates back to 2009, when it rebranded from its previous “Cote & match” name.
Parions told its customers: “Are you already on Parions Sport en Ligne? Simply update your app to continue enjoying our best odds, your Challenges, instant transfer, Tailor-Made Bet, and streaming with Unibet TV.
“If you are already registered, there is no need to remember a new password; your access remains valid on the new platform with your current credentials.”
Last March, FDJ announced former Kindred CEO Nils Andén would be charged with leading the business’ new online gaming division as part of the integration process.
Following the deal, FDJ released its Play Forward 2028 strategy which outlined its financial and ESG goals over the next several years.
These included high-single digit revenue growth and achieving a podium position is seven of its eight European markets.
At the time, FDJ chair Stéphane Pallez said: “FDJ United has undergone a considerable transformation since its IPO, with financial and non-financial performance underscoring the success of our strategy for sustainable, profitable growth.
“This plan opens a new chapter in our transformation, with the ambition of asserting our position as Europe’s leading responsible betting and gaming operator, based on a more diversified, more digital and more international business portfolio.”
